چکیده
Varón de 40 años con antecedente obesidad y consumo cannabis, quien consultó por episodio palpitaciones inicio súbito dolor torácico. El electrocardiograma evidenció un patrón preexcitación compatible síndrome WPW. Indicándose ablación catéter. estudio electrofisiológico documentó una vía accesoria posterolateral izquierda a la altura del anillo mitral posterolateral, conducción anterógrada retrógrada; sin embargo, no se logró posicionar el catéter en sitio, pobre contacto, lo que consideró modulación sustrato arrítmico endocárdico sistema mapeo electroanatómico tridimensional ambulatorio.
